Development history of electric roller industry in China

Electric drum industry group is a member of "China Heavy Machinery Industry Association Belt Conveyor Professional Committee". The industry group was founded in 1978, and now has developed into 11 member factories, representing the level of production of electric drum industry organizations in China. The organization carries out regular activities every year, including technology exchange, information gathering, technology introduction, standard setting, etc. In the process of electric drum production technology catching up with the world advanced level, the industry group has played an active role, making the group member factory become the backbone of electric drum production in China.

China's electric roller industry factory has been able to produce a variety of electric roller varieties, all kinds of everything.

At present, the varieties can be divided by motor cooling mode: electric roller.

1, oil cooled electric roller: cooling oil does not directly contact with motor stator and rotor. Type TDY75 is the electric roller.

2, Shandi electric roller: cooling oil directly contacts with motor stator and rotor. The imported JOKI and W.A.T rollers are all electric rollers.

3, air-cooled electric roller: suck the cold air inside the drum, exhaust the hot air and cool the motor.

4, self cooling electric roller: do not take any cooling mode, motor natural cooling.

According to the deceleration device, the varieties currently available can be divided into:

1, two or three speed reducer cylindrical gear drive electric roller: power is generally 0.1-45KW

2, planetary cylinder gear drive electric roller: power range is generally 0.03-75KW

3. Electric roller with planetary cycloid drive: the maximum power can reach 55KW

4, electric drive shaft with variable transmission shaft breaking power: the power range is 0.03-30KW

5. The deceleration drum with the deceleration mechanism clamped inside the roller rib: the deceleration drum and the motor can be connected outward (as well as other powers), forming a new type of driving drum, the power can reach 160KW or greater, this kind of deceleration drum has the double advantages of the traditional open drive such as the electric drum.

At present, the electric rollers can be produced according to their requirements:

1, ordinary roller: suitable for ordinary working environment, including damp and muddy working environment.

2. Suitable for easy and explosive environments, it can be divided into two types: motor flameproof type and drum flameproof type.

3, backstop electric roller: the drum can only rotate in one direction.

4, double speed, two speed and continuously variable speed electric roller: double speed and three speed variable pole motor, stepless variable.

Special motor or speed reduction device is adopted.

5. Electromagnetic brake electric roller.

6, sprocket drum: there are single sprockets and double sprockets.

7. Other special purpose electric rollers: there are overheating protection rollers, rust corrosion resistant rollers and tapered rollers.
