Steps for installing electric rollers

(1) Fixed support installation: the electric drum shall be reliably grounded; the lead-out line shall be protected by metal hose or other means from the junction box, and the hose shall be fixed on the rack; it shall be allowed to be installed within a range of less than 5 degrees on the basis of a horizontal position; if the inclination exceeds 5 degrees, the internal structure shall be treated specially. For electric rollers with a power greater than 18.5KW, if lifting is needed, the material of the bearing should be steel.

(2)Installation of electric drum without support (2) Installation of electric drum without support: the axis of drum body should be perpendicular to the center of belt conveyor, the square flatness of supporting shaft head should be matched with the long groove of the mounting plate on the frame, and the clearance should be between 0.2mm and 0.3mm, which should not be too large; some models can not be matched with junction box, so the power leads from the frame. After the elbow comes out, hose protection should be added; the electric roller should be reliably grounded.
